BIMM Music School Birmingham

In collaboration with Woodward & Co (Environmental) Ltd who were responsible for all the mechanical design and management we installed and commissioned on their behalf the air conditioning throughout out the BIMM Music school.

We installed two heat recovery systems serving multiple music rooms, classrooms and recording studios. The Mitsubishi units were chosen by our client to maximise efficiency as waste from the rooms that were being cooled was recovered and used to heat other area.

Having a large proportion of the mechanical installation on show with open ceilings it was installed using cable tray to run all the interconnecting pipework and control cabling. The overall look was modern and contemporary in line with the school’s décor.
