Efficient Coolheat can provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency Ventilation & Ductwork call out service to our clients. We have a team of mobile service engineers working throughout Stockport, Cheshire and Manchester and throughout the Northwest we are committed to providing attendance on all priority calls on the same day.

One of our professional Engineers would attend site and carry out an initial diagnosis of the problem that had been notified. We can if instructed carry out repairs on site at the time or should the client prefer return at a more convenient date and time. The client is always informed of costs incurred so there are no hidden charges or unexpected costs.

Many of our customers benefit from having a service contract with ourselves which ensures peace of mind on critical ventilation equipment. All our service engineers are stocked with universal remedial parts which are common to most breakdowns. However, should a specific replacement part be required, we can source this quickly from one of our many suppliers.

All contracted maintenance clients will be given an out of hours emergency number giving full support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We would endeavour to attend all priority calls on the same day the call was reported to our service department and any diagnosis work would be undertaken at the quoted hourly rates. A quotation would be provided for equipment which requires replacement  parts to be supplied and fitted. Then upon receipt of a purchase order we would carry out the repairs as required, ensuring you complete control of your financial budgets.
